These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Maxwell Ventures LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the maxwellad.ventures website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
Maxwell Ventures LLC provides custom digital infrastructure, CRM automation, B2B consulting services, and comprehensive advertising solutions. All services are subject to specific statements of work or individual agreements outlining the scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Due to the highly customized nature of our digital infrastructure and development services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once development or consulting has commenced. Monthly retainers may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice.
All digital property, designs, content, software architectures, and automated systems created by Maxwell Ventures LLC during the course of providing services remain the exclusive intellectual property of Maxwell Ventures LLC, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
By using our services, you expressly grant us the right to utilize your business's Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) in our promotional portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials. You further acknowledge that Maxwell Ventures LLC employs Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to generate, enhance, and optimize such promotional content. You waive all rights to pursue legal action, liability claims, or public backlash against Maxwell Ventures LLC regarding the promotional use of your NIL, including its integration within AI-generated outputs.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Washington and the United States of America. Maxwell Ventures LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Washington shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
